The main one is the development of neural network models for the analysis and integration of omics data. Many of these activities are also carried out thanks to the collaboration with a shared PhD student, Federica Baccini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdn-napoli.it\"><strong>IRCCS SDN Napoli<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><br>The collaboration with SDN stems from their need to explore new approaches to search for genes responsible for dilated heart disease, for which they have clinical data.
